Patton Hall Farm offers delightful self catering accommodation in Patton, nestled on a family-run 140-acre working sheep farm. Our cottages offer stunning views across Kendal and are ideally placed for exploring Cumbria.

Accommodation

We have two cottages available, Drovers Cottage and Croft Cottage. Both cottages can be combined to sleep up to 12 people, ideal for 2 families. Please note, we do not accept parties.

Drovers Cottage

Our cottage sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms: 1 main double, 1 twin and 1 single/double bed sofa. Downstairs there is a shower room and a second bathroom has a shower over bath. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, grill, toaster and kettle. There is a dining table for up to 6 people. Entertainment facilities include Freesat TV and a DVD player. Outside we have garden furniture for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Croft Cottage

We offer accommodation for up to 6 people and the cottage is well-equipped throughout. Inside the is a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, grill, toaster and kettle. Entertainment facilities include Freesat TV and a DVD player. There is a dining table for up to 6 people. Bedrooms consist of 1 main double, 1 twin and 1 single/double bed sofa. Outside we have garden furniture, perfect for a glass of wine in the evening sun.

Visting Patton & Exploring Cumbria

Our cottages are only 2 miles from Kendal and just 12 miles from Lake Windermere, making us a great base for exploring the area. The M6 Motorway is easily accessible and lots of fell walks can be enjoyed locally. Attractions to visit include:

Brockhole National Park Centre.
Rheged Center Penrith.
Levens Hall.
Kendal Museum.
Sizergh Castle.

Minimum 3 night stay.

Pets are welcome by arrangement in Drover, £10 per pet.
