Lochside Lodges are two charming, well-appointed retreats in a scenic part of Scotland, perfect for singles or couples seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Less than a 30-minute drive from the shops, restaurants, and bustling port of Oban, the lodges provide an ideal base for exploring Argyll and the nearby islands.

Pine Lodge and Green Lodge, designed exclusively for one or two guests (with discounts for single occupancy), are perched on an elevated site near the water's edge. They offer stunning views across Loch Creran, stretching north through the Strath of Appin and westward to the hills of Morvern and Mull.

Pine Lodge offers a bright, airy, slightly retro vibe, while Green Lodge brings a cool, crisp touch with a hint of Scandinavian style. Both lodges feature comfortable sitting rooms with comfortable chairs perfect for relaxing and patio doors that open onto raised decks with stunning views of the loch. With no steps between the lodges and the outdoor seating areas, accessibility is seamless. Each lodge includes a double bedroom with ample hanging space and storage for a comfortable stay.

There are so many interesting places to visit and things to do in the area but at the end of the day, it’s great to curl up by the window with a book, or to watch, unobserved, the comings and goings of the yachts, sea mammals and birds, or just to gaze across the loch with its ever-changing moods. What could be nicer than to sit and watch the sun go down on a perfect summer's day. In autumn the sunsets are incredible.
