We are 2 miles from both Wisbech St Mary and Guyhirn villages with shop, PO, pubs and farm produce outlets. 2 miles from Play2day and Bowl2day indoor facilities. The Chequers pub and restaurant 800 metres and many eating houses within 4 miles.
Each property has been traditionally decorated and equipped for your comfort and have flat accessible surfaces, including showers and car park.

This is the house to which families return again and again. Not for any razzmatazz touristy gismos which are found in nearby Hunstanton, but because they value the comfort, the views, the large enclosed garden, ample parking and, of course, all the modern gadgets that are required for 4-star English Tourism Council rating.
The main double bedroom has an ensuite electric shower, the twin bedroom has a basin, the 3rd bedroom has bunks. All open on to the landing, as does upstairs loo and basin. Views of the sea and, very often, morning and evening flights of thousands of geese overhead.
Downstairs hall and cloakroom with washing machine, open plan sitting room with Sky TV leads through archways to kitchen with dishwasher, and to conservatory/diner. Glass doors open to terrace, BBQ and garden beyond.

Honeypot Cottage is a delightful self-contained self-catering cottage attached to our 17th century Grade 2 listed farmhouse. It is tastefully renovated, finished and furnished to a very high standard retaining beams, exposed brickwork and other original features.
The cottage is situated on a 1200 acre farm in the tranquil countryside. The cottage looks out on to the River Deben and the garden looks out on to a meadow with an enclosed pond. Honeypot Cottage is an ideal base for walking, bird watching and cycling. There is also sea and coarse fishing, golf and sailing in the area.

Minna Cottage is a detached Coachman's Cottage built in 1864 of local carrstone. The Cottage has been fully modernised to provide comfortable and private accommodation for families of up to 5 adults and 1 baby.
The Holiday Cottage is situated by the town green. Directly opposite the sea and approximately 200 yards from the beach. It has delightful and unobstructed views of the 'Wash' and is conveniently placed for the local shops.
Public telephones are available across the road from the Cottage, and less than 100ft away.
The main shopping area, library, theatre, bus station and amusements are all only 5 minutes walking distance from the cottage.
Hunstanton is famous for its beautiful beaches and unspoilt coastline, a favourite with birdwatchers and a centre for windsurfing, yachting and access to excellent local golf courses.
The clean golden sands are perfect for children of all ages, with donkey rides and boat trips to Seal Island available from the Promenade.
Lounge / Diner : 24ft by 12ft with colour TV, three piece suite, extending dining table and electric heating including a night store.
Kitchen : Fitted units, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for eight people. Gas oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, iron and ironing board.
