Teifi View Cottage is a comfortable, recently refurbished three bedroom cottage with beamed ceilings. It is situated on the edge of woodland in an idyllic rural location with spectacular views across the Teifi valley with many local walks. The cottage is located 1 mile from the market town of Newcastle Emlyn with a leisure centre, swimming pool and a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and 10 miles from the historic town of Cardigan with its theatre, cinema and shops. Cardigan Bay Heritage Coast, just 15 minutes drive away offers safe bathing and surfing and there is a good chance of seeing seals and dolphins. The beaches and villages of Pembrokeshire are within easy reach as are the Preseli Hills and the Cambrian Mountains. The cottage is ideally situated for bird watching, walking, canoeing, fishing, riding, and golfing or for just getting away from it all.

The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people and has central heating throughout. The lounge has a wood burning stove, TV and DVD player. There is a separate dining room off the lounge with seating for six and CD player/radio; the dining room leads into a modern kitchen with an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, table and chairs. A washing machine is situated in the cloakroom and there is a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin on the ground floor. All three bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor and have fine views across the valley. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and the third has a single bed. The bathroom has a full size bath, toilet and washbasin. All bed linen is supplied but please bring your own towels. Outside, the garden area is a suntrap, with picnic bench and fabulous views across the valley. We do not take pets and no smoking is permitted in the cottage. The owner’s house is next door and there is plenty of parking. The cottage is available throughout the year. There is a charge for logs of £3.00 per basket and during the winter months, October to March inc. there is a fuel charge of £20.00 per week.

Formerly part of the old Cow Byre, Rosebank has 3 double bedded bed rooms one of which is situated on the ground floor, all the bedrooms are ensuite with two having shower ensuites and one a bath ensuite. The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen, with easy to operate appliances and benefits from a deep freeze, fridge, dish washer, washing machine \ tumble dryer, full size oven and hob and microwave oven..

The sitting room has soft sofa seating for six, the television has sky reception but you will need to bring your own card, the dining table comfortably seats six. Good quality bed linen and towels, ample china, glassware, saucepans and cooking utensils are provided.

Rosebank Cottage has underfloor heating on both floors it is a pretty cottage which accommodates six with ease.

Undercover car parking in the barn opposite the cottage, barbeque and picnic table. Cot, Highchair and Stairgate available.

Milkstand Cottage - sleep 6 in 2 double-bedded rooms and 1 twin singles or superking bedded room (zip & link)

Milkstand Cottage is converted from the remainder of the old Cow Byre, Milkstand has 3 double bedded bed rooms, all the bedrooms are on the first floor, (one bedroom ensuite with shower,) a family bathroom, ground floor cloakroom. The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen, with easy to operate appliances and benefits from a deep freeze, fridge, dish washer, washing machine \ tumble dryer, full size oven, hob and microwave oven.

Two of the first floor bedrooms have double beds the other has twin singles \ super king beds, the ground floor bedroom likewise has twin singles \ super king beds, the ensuite shower room with the ground floor bedroom has an easy access shower cubicle. Tyddyn Waen holiday cottage, is located in a small quite village in the North of the Isle of Anglesey, in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the ideal location for your family holiday.

Just a few minutes from the cottage the fresh sea air is waiting for you. You can enjoy a walk along the North Anglesey Heritage Coast which is renowned for it scenic variety and wildlife. If you prefer the whole family can cycle safely along way marked rural cycle routes.

The property has recently undergone a complete refurbishment to a very high standard, and consists of a lounge with open staircase, feature exposed beamed roof with rooflight and original crog loft ( not for use by guests) with ' minstral gallery over stairs and an inglenook fireplace, stove and sofa bed.

The kitchen is well furnished with a solid multi fuel boiler along with refurbished utility area with a new combined washer/drier; fridge; slim line dishwasher electric cooker and microwave Under stairs storage : freezer / drying room. The dining room has a cast iron fireplace.

Nant-y-Nodyn's four self catering cottages are situated in a valley, about two miles from the wool village of Dinas Mawddwy and near the highest pass in Wales which leads to Vyrnwy and Bala lakes.

The market towns of Dolgellau and Machynlleth are about 20 minutes by car, while the coast, a little further, offers a wide choice of lovely beaches.

The cottages are part of a sheep and beef organic farm which has been positively managed with conservation in mind, and guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the wildlife.

The valley offers rural peace and tranquility and is an ideal base for walkers of all capabilities, with the challenging peaks of Aran Fawddwy and Cader Idris nearby.

Nearby are the Meirion Woollen Mill in the village, the Centre for Alternative Technology, narrow-gauge railways, RSPB reserves, leisure centres and pony trekking.

Celtic House is situated in Church Bay at the heart of Aberdovey. This well furnished home from home is fitted throughout with gas central heating and will comfortably sleep ten in it's five spacious bedrooms.

The house was built in 1834 and has been carefully modernised to provide superb self-catering accommodation.

Accommodation consists of :

GROUND FLOOR : This large comfortable Lounge/Diner is equipped with TV, Video and Midi System, has plenty of comfortable chairs and settees and seating for ten around the dining table.
