With its woodburner and galleried bedroom, the cottage is well furnished and has a small sitting out area to the front.

Ground Floor: Living room, kitchen/dining room. Shower room with toilet. Spiral staircase to double (5ft) galleried bedroom with beams.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel inc). Elec CH, Electric, Bed Linen and Towels inc. TV, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, small sitting-out area with bench. On road parking.

Just yards away is the village pub which was a Camra Pub of the Year winner. Close by is the Camel Trail, a cycle and walking trail that runs along a disused railway track through to the market town of Wadebridge and alongside the Camel Estuary to Padstow. Conveniently situated also are the fishing villages of Padstow,Port Isaac,made famous by the TV series Doc Martin,and Tintagel which is the mythical home of King Arthur. Also within easy reach is the world famous Eden Project. Shop 200 yards, pub 20 yards.
