This spacious first-floor apartment boasts three luxurious bedrooms, offering uninterrupted panoramic vistas of the East Bay of the Royal Portrush Golf Course, the White Rocks Beach, the Giants Causeway, and the Skerrie Islands.

The expansive living and dining area features large windows that command captivating views of the shoreline. Accommodating seven in comfort, with dining seating for ten, this open-plan space seamlessly merges with the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet dining, replete with glassware, crockery, cutlery, and service bowls.

The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a super-king-sized bed, while bedroom two is a double room, and bedroom three is a twin room, all complemented by a separate bathroom. Additionally, a cozy Snug/Kids/TV day room with a sofa bed offers a tranquil retreat for children or serves as a fourth independent bedroom for friends traveling together.

The apartment's pièce de résistance is the breathtaking panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean encompassing the Royal Portrush Golf Course, White Rocks Beach, the Giants Causeway, and the Skerrie Islands, which will undoubtedly captivate you during your stay in Portrush.

Portballintrae Cottage (Sleeps 6)

Situated just a 5-minute stroll from the sea, harbour, nearest beach, and restaurant, Portballintrae Cottage is an ideal choice for families, golfing groups and friends.

This three-bedroom townhouse offers a shared garden and grounds, along with a rear garden featuring a sun patio and BBQ area bathed in sunlight from 11 am until sunset. Modern and equipped with full central heating, the townhouse also features an open fire for cosy winter visits.

The accommodation includes one double bedroom with an ensuite, a twin bedroom, and a twin bunk room (adult-sized). A bathroom with a bath and a separate shower ensures convenience. The living room boasts a smart TV, enabling access to your Netflix, Britbox, BBC, and ITV subscriptions, while a DVD player and music system provide entertainment options. The bunk room and the main bedroom are each equipped with their own TV sets.

On the first floor, the open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen offer stunning countryside views. A separate Laundry/Utility Room adds to the convenience of your stay. Moreover, an Electric Vehicle Charging Point is available at the front door, priced at £30 per weekend or £50 per week. Please request access in advance.

In both properties, we are also delighted to accommodate up to two pets, with the request that they refrain from venturing onto the furniture or into the bedrooms. For larger pets, kindly consult with us prior to making a reservation.

At this holiday cottage you are within easy travel to Belfast, Armagh and the famous Walled City of Derry. The Glens of Antrim are only 12 miles from our door and the local shopping town of Coleraine is only 10-12 minutes drive from each of the houses.
